Manager, Executive Operations
GCSAA is seeking an individual with a proven track record of providing high-level, professional support to executive
leadership. The incumbent must possess exceptional computer skills to develop presentations (Keynote and PowerPoint) to
communicate priority messages to key audiences for use by Executive and Board leadership and other internal groups. Will
be responsible for tracking key organizational metrics and support the Sr. Director, Business Strategy in researching,
compiling and evaluating internal and industry metrics and analytics. Additionally, this position is responsible for
maintaining budget tracking, SOP administration, overseeing executive awards program and providing support to the COO
as needed.
Qualified candidates possess:
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Highly organized; able to meet high standards for quality and accuracy while meeting tight deadlines
Strong project management on cross-functional teams, with the ability to manage and prioritize across multiple
projects
Self-starter who is flexible, adaptable and able to translate broad, complex ideas into executable items; excellent
problem-solving skills
Strong business acumen with ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive material
Three to five years working in a professional setting with an emphasis on project management, including experience
working collaboratively with individuals and teams
Bachelors Degree in Communications, Business Management, Business Administration or related field or
equivalent experience
Ability to travel up to 15%, including overnight stays
Will attend the annual GCSAA Conference and Trade Show
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Keynote, Excel in an iOS (Apple/Mac)
environment. Experience with Apple products (Macbook, iPhone, iPad, etc.)
Knowledge of golf industry and member-driven organizations desired, but not required.

Compensation range is \$52,000 - \$55,000/annually. In addition to GCSAAs attractive compensation/benefits package, we
