Actalent Quality Assurance Manager in Lawrence, Kansas
Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager
The Quality Assurance Manager implements and maintains the quality management system, ensuring that current policies comply with regulatory standards. This role serves as a liaison between Manufacturing and QA, reviewing and approving production batch records and GMP product labels for compliance and release. The position supports FDA/Regulatory inspection activities, regulatory filings, and internal and external audits.
The manager will collect and present performance metrics, train staff, collaborate with various departments, and participate in or lead project teams as a Quality representative. Additionally, the role involves developing, reviewing, and approving various protocols and strategies to maintain compliance and inspection readiness.
Hard Skills
BS/BA in Life Science (Biology or Biochemistry) or Equivalent
Minimum 6 years pharmaceutical experience
Minimum 6 years’ experience in Quality Assurance Management

This is a fully on-site position in Lawrence, Kansas.

The company is gearing up to go commercial with a product by the end of Q2 2025.
