  • Responsible for day-to-day operations at the Workforce Center, ensuring an operating environment that consistently delivers exceptional customer service to all.
  • Provide direct and indirect functional supervision and oversight of customer service and case management personnel stationed at the Center.
  • Provide direction and support to all staff in the Center to ensure understanding of and adherence to Center and Company policies and procedures.
  • Recruit, hire, coach and evaluate select DWFS personnel assigned to the Center.
  • Maintain control of Center and Company documents, files, and records.
  • Conduct regular and recurring staff meetings to communicate information about events, initiatives and priorities, and to offer cross-training and staff development opportunities.
  • Oversee front desk and career center services and staffing through direct and/or functional supervision.
  • Develop work procedures, routines and schedules to ensure proper coverage during required business hours, and schedule customer appointments where special needs exist.
  • Ensure that staff have sufficient information to make appropriate referrals to jobs, programs and community resources.
  • Monitor ongoing progress toward team, Center and Company goals, and provide support and additional information as needed to ensure successful attainment of applicable goals and objectives.
  • Maintain documentation of daily and monthly Center and programmatic activities, and perform generic record-keeping tasks.
  • Coordinate or facilitate job seeker and employer workshops/events.
  • Other duties as assigned to fulfill Center and Company expectations, goals and objectives.
