Your Role and Responsibilities

• Grow Kyndryl's global partnerships through the development, execution and management of key business development activities, projects and programs.

• Help in building a foundation for our partnership that drives global growth and transformation across Kyndryl 60+ countries, global alliance teams, sales, solutioning, practices, and delivery organizations.

• Key activities may include new relationship development locally and globally. compelling content creation, establishing unique go-to-market programs, enablement (business and technical), and any other activity that drives growth for the partnership.

o Work across Kyndryl's partner ecosystem to generate new value for our customers by combining the unique capabilities of Kyndryl + Global Alliances + other key partners.

o Represent Kyndryl in appropriate events hosted by Alliances, analysts, etc to strengthen and showcase Kyndryl eminence.

o Track progress (scorecards), find and publish success stories, supporting our teams to build joint business plans, helping develop our value propositions.

o Assist the Partner Executive in creating, building and managing relationships across Global Technology Alliances and other partners by working at different levels of the organization.

If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the anticipated compensation range for the position $152.000 to $235.000 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 3+ years experience understanding and working on large partnerships

• 3+ years experience developing solutions with Alliances on a public cloud platform (IBM Cloud, Azure, AWS, GCP)

• 3+ years experience understanding Services & Hybrid Cloud strategy / offerings

• 3+ years experience in business development and ability to assist and help lead new offerings & initiatives and knowledge of different go to market models and options

• Proven internal and external track record of relationship management, strong communication skills, teamwork, presentation, organization.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Cloud specific knowledge of solution capabilities is helpful, or the ability to come up to speed quickly

• Direct Alliance consulting experience with large, complex implementations

• Cloud specific foundational certifications

• Cost estimation and analysis experience

• Experience utilizing Design Thinking methodologies
