Duties & Responsibilities
Type of Role: Individual contributor, experienced
Area of Responsibility and Purview: Deliver on standards of care for Private Wealth Management clients
Role Specific Job Duties:
Ensures the highest standards of care for family client relationships served by advisory practices
Coordinates all client-related activities of the advisory practice, ranging from client meetings and proactive client outreaches
Function Specific Job Duties:
Serve as the advisory team “quarterback”, driving important touchpoints of engagement throughout each client’s journey
Ensure all minimum standards of care are achieved across client relationships assigned
Responsible for establishing the client engagement plan, and maintaining schedule of client meetings and proactive touch points
Drive and manage advice team preparation and follow-up activities for client meetings
Manage the proactive outreach to clients by advisors, trust officers, portfolio managers and financial planners
Ensure clients have a positive service experience that always exceeds their expectations
Build and maintain client relationships aimed to drive increased client retention and engagement
Maintain and update Salesforce CRM for all client activities and events
Understand the client’s overall needs and help identify value-added engagement activities that Private Wealth can provide
Ensure adherence to corporate policy, operational policy, and regulatory guidance
Manage client event requests and event planning
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
MINIMUM:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or combination of education and experience that provides and equivalent background
3+ years of applicable experience within Financial Services
PREFERRED:
Demonstrated client service experience within a wealth management institution
Knowledge of Personal Trust, Custody, and Investment Management service offerings

Compensation Range:
Minimum: $47,145.00 - Mid Point: $62,895.00
