Your Role:

As the Commercial Loan Operations Manager, youll be the driving force behind our commercial loan operations, ensuring everything from origination to servicing is seamless and aligns with our mission to \"Wow the Customer.\" You will collaborate closely withvarious internal and external stakeholders, acting as a crucial liaison to guarantee that documentation and processes meet our high standards.

What You\'ll Do:

• Elevate Our Service: Champion our mission, vision, and values by ensuring all commercial lending activities reflect our commitment to excellence.
• Streamline Documentation: Gather and prepare critical loan documentation, including title searches and UCC searches, and oversee the preparation of documents for loan closings.
• Maintain Compliance: Review loan documentation to identify and rectify issues, ensuring adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and Coordinate: Oversee the management of tickler reporting, coordinate with internal departments, and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
• Innovate and Educate: Act as a subject matter expert on commercial lending software, assist with training, and manage additional staff as the department grows.
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with all loan products and software systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Who You Are:

• Experienced Professional: You hold a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with 5-10 years in commercial lending/documentation/servicing.
• Analytical Thinker: Your excellent analytical and writing skills allow you to present ideas and strategies effectively.
• Communicator Extraordinaire: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are your forte, and you excel at motivating and collaborating with others.
• Adaptable and Energetic: You thrive in dynamic environments and can juggle multiple tasks with ease while maintaining a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial lending or related fields.
• Ability to handle change and pressure with agility.
• Strong mathematical skills for calculating figures and percentages.
