We are seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to work for a growing healthcare/education company. In this role you will be providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries and concerns stickily via email communication. Excellent written communication skills are necessary to perform this job. The right candidate will be a tech savvy individual who can navigate and learn new computer systems quickly. Hybrid work from home schedule offered. Please if interested!

salary: $18 - $19 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries and concerns via email.

  • Demonstrate excellent written communication skills to ensure clarity, empathy, and accuracy in all interactions.

  • Utilize product knowledge and resources to address customer issues effectively and efficiently.

  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) for email response times.

  • Handle a high volume of emails while maintaining attention to detail and quality of responses.

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for further assistance.

  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance in email communication.

  • Continuously strive to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive problem-solving and personalized support.

  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and insights for improving email support processes.

  • Keep accurate records of interactions and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
