Your Role and Responsibilities
Experience in leading qualitative and quantitative and mixed-methods studies that deepen our understanding of the user experience and drive product decisiostrategy.
Ability to prioritize research needs and approaches across multiple work streams.
Adept in working in collaborative environments as a strategic partner to product managers, designers, and engineers to define both the long-term strategy and the short-term tactics.
Experience in conceptualizing and facilitating research initiatives, from problem identification and evaluation through user engagement.
Ability to incorporate design skills in projects as needed such as visualizations and research artifacts.
Help to evolve the research practice, pulling in innovative methods from external and internal expertise.
If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the anticipated compensation range for the position $144.000 to $261.000 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
7+ years of experience as a Sr. UX Researcher, Lead UX Researcher, Research Leader, UX Research Manager or comparable in a product focused setting. Experience in Enterprise SaaS, Cloud technology or E-commerce workflows
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Degree(s) in design, anthropology, human factors, psychology, human-computer interaction, behavioral science, cognitive science, other social sciences, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
