Insight Global Senior Manager. Performance and Service Management in Leawood, Kansas

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Manager of Performance Management and Service Management to join it's enterprise Telecom customer's finance org. This person should have experience leading transition management initiatives and be comfortable driving performance management for BPOs. The right person will have a financial background and be comfortable with processes such as but not limited to Order to Cash, Record to Report, and Cash Application. They should have 2-4 years minimum in a role where they are responsible for leading service management within a shared services org.

Skills and Requirements

-Proven experience driving shared services functions with a focus in Finance

-Understanding of key components such as but not limited to Order to Cash, Order to Pay, Record to Report

-Demonstrated history managing vendors to KPIs and SLAs

-Will be responsible for overseeing BPO relationships, performance, best practices, and reporting

-Prior experience driving end to end transition management initiatives within a shared services organization

-Ability to implement, adopt, and refine general service management processes as needed

-Experience leading a team (1-4 people) null
