\ Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily work of up to 16 team members, performing duties in designated areas of responsibility (e.g., manufacturing, order processing).
• Plan, organize, and ensure the execution of daily shift printing operations to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
• Lead the day-to-day operations in a fast-paced distribution environment to ensure optimal utilization of equipment and people.
• Train team members in using and caring for the equipment, production process, and IT systems used on the Production Floor.
• Cross-train team members to allow for maximum flexibility in production operations.
• Assist in developing the SOPs.
• Ensure the work being performed meets or exceeds quality standards.
• Ensure the work is accomplished per Safety Standards for process and team members.
• Ensure that efficiency and Productivity Standards are met.
• Ensure team members comply with Company Policies & Procedures.
• Complete reports on output and all tracked metrics and then communicate the findings to Management daily.
• Coach team members and carry out disciplinary action when necessary.
• Assist in creating a performance review tool and conducting performance reviews on an annual basis.
• Communicate team performance to the team on a daily and weekly basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
