Role/Responsibilities:\ The Associate Director, People Systems Lead will lead a team and partner with our functional leaders, project managers and other key stakeholders, to manage, design and optimize features and capabilities of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (inclusive of position management) and Time Management modules along with the integrated platform and security for the organization.

Working closely with the Head of Digital People Systems, the AVP will have a key role in guiding leadership on systems improvements, facilitating decision-making, evaluating demand, prioritizing deliverables, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations leading to better employee experience.

Responsibilities include leading a team, performing design and configurations, driving continuous improvements and consulting with key stakeholders to maximize system capabilities to attain productivity gains.

The ideal candidate will participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, end-to-end testing, production readiness and deployment activities. The AVP will manage multiple priorities and operating in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

* 8+ years of total experience working in HR systems with at least 3 years of recent experience in SAP SuccessFactors, configuring Time Management and Employee Central modules - position management, custom objects, role-based permissions (RBP), MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, workflows, security, etc.\ * Experience translating business requirements into system configuration objects and creating solution designs for the aforementioned modules, following best practices.\ * Prior leadership experience, managing a team.\ * Stay current with the latest SuccessFactors releases and enhancements.\ * Ability to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and implement necessary updates.\ * Exhibit effective communication skills, consultative, proactive and customer service orientation and lead with curiosity.\ * Maintain accurate documentation of the solution design, configuration settings, and system processes.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is \$117,200 - \$170,000, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
