What does a Manager, Infrastructure Cloud do for Conduent?
As a Manager, Infrastructure Cloud, you will provide leadership, mentorship, and technical direction for a diverse and global group of Infrastructure professionals. In addition to providing direct management of high performing individual contributors such as security advisors, you will also be responsible for providing direction, mentorship, and guidance to remote technician within your organization. This is a high-level client contact role.
Basic qualifications for consideration:
Minimum 10 years of Information Technology experience
Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Intune/Autopilot
Provides direction for the remote technicians and related staff
Manages Intune/Autopilot configuration, software installations, and troubleshooting.
Interfaces with other technical towers to assist with deployment of Microsoft Intune/Autopilot
Validates that tickets are being assigned and worked in appropriate timeframes.
Provides remote end-user support as an escalation point when needed.
Create and manage application install packages.
Provides support to business units to meet contractual requirements.
Manages ticket queue for support requests related to cloud services.
Escalates systems outages or problems that are impacting production.
