Are you an experienced sales leader with a track record of driving revenue growth?

If so, City Wide Franchise has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in our corporate office!

City Wide Franchise is a leading provider of facility management solutions operating in multiple markets across the country. As the CRO, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the facility management industry.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and expand the company’s customer base.

  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven decisions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with marketing, operations, and finance.

  • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts, and monitor sales performance against targets.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the company's competitive edge.

  • Drive a culture of high performance, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.

  • Report directly to the CEO and provide regular updates on sales performance and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the facility management or related industry.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.

  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans.

  • Solid understanding of sales data analysis and reporting.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
