This is a role well suited to an ambitiousprofessional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Client Service Manager , you will beresponsible for :

  • Responsibility for successful onsite serviceoperations, driving continuous improvements and overall responsibility for siteservice performance.

  • Acting as the customer liaison on mostmatters including troubleshooting, escalations, reporting, and generalcommunications. Interprets customer demands/feedback and owns thesolution.

  • Demonstrating strong customer focus bylistening to, recognizing, and responding to customer input in an effective,timely and courteous manner.

  • Direct management of a team of automationfield service technicians who support the automation system. This includesperformance management, staffing, and other administrative duties such astimekeeping.

  • Direct management of other non-senior MegaLabClient Service Managers. This includes performance management and otheradministrative duties.

Required skills to have for thesuccess of this role

  • Minimum of Associates Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or similarengineering program preferred, or equivalent military training is preferred.

  • 8+ years of experience servicing laboratory diagnostic systems and/ orrobotic systems and relative instruments strongly preferred.

  • Prior management or leadership experience is strongly preferred.

  • Ability to interface with customers, peers, internal support centeremployees in a positive and professional manner.

Must demonstrate excellent judgment in customer relations and in managing company resources; strong competency in instrument systems technology to include mechanics, electrical, chemistry, and software technology; experience with electronics, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
