Youll collaborate with operators, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that reduce waste and streamline operations.

Bachelors degree preferred
At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on process\ improvement or operations management.
Experience implementing Lean strategies to reduce waste and drive measurable\ improvements.
