Thoroughly understands and applies good contract management principles. Strong analytical skills are required for position.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

n n

Within assigned territories manage contracts from the RFP stage to contract initiation, contract maintenance, and reporting. Prepare sales history, average selling price, and impact analysis for assigned national group purchasing organizations, regional buying groups, integrated health systems, and individual contracts. Prepare pricing quotes that fit within the parameters of corporate pricing guidelines. Interface with customers to respond to pricing inquiries and concerns. Research and resolve pricing discrepancies with accounts. Review and approve final commitment documents to ensure commitment levels are accurate, approved by the appropriate people, and assigned to the proper pricing level. Maintain master proposal and contract files to support the audit process and document contract compliance. Maintain product line technical expertise. Ability to interact with Customers, Sales, and corporate management on all levels. Expected Areas of Competence

Demonstrated excellence with oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to use excellent analytical skills and business acumen. Demonstrated ability to follow projects through to completion despite obstacles. Demonstrated knowledge of sales reporting software. Advanced Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of medical device business and products helpful.

Education/Experience Requirements

n n

Bachelor Degree in business or related field required with 3-5 years of business related experience. Medical/Med Device industry experience preferred.
