*POSITION SUMMARY*

We are currently seeking an *Electrical Assembler* who is responsible for assembly operations including wire harness assembly, soldering, box build, and electrical accessory assembly, according to customer specifications and a high level of quality standards.

*ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*

• Assemble electrical components into subassemblies and finished goods by performing specialized work steps in order to meet customer driven requirements.

*EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCES*

• High school diploma or high school equivalency preferred. Candidates that do not have a high school diploma or high school equivalency will be required to take a pre-employment assessment to be considered for the role.

{=html} <!-- --> - At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting. - The effective use of a variety of specialized hand tools to complete assembly as instructed. - Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, and reports to determine material requirements and assembly instructions. - Perform tests on assembled products using testing equipment if required. - Complete and maintain required training in accordance with customer and electrical industry standards. - Be able to follow directions and work with little supervision to complete work requirements in a timely manner. - Excellent attention to detail. - Must be authorized to work in the United States. International Traffic in Arms Regulation/Export Administration Regulations (ITARE/EAR clearance is required.)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
• Noise levels ranging from quiet to extremely loud
• Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when working on the manufacturing floor including, but not limited to, eye, ear, and foot protection
• May occasionally lift and /or move up to 10-50 pounds
