Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Worker
Job Description
A property company is looking for a part-time facility technician/handyman to help with the general upkeep of the building.
Responsibilities
Perform light handyman work.
Paint offices, hallways, and rock columns.
Remove trash by taking trash tipsters out and emptying them in a 40-yard dumpster.
Conduct in-depth cleaning in areas along our customer tour route.
Change light bulbs and other small maintenance items.
Perform minor landscaping tasks.
Essential Skills
2+ years of general facility maintenance experience.
Ability to work part-time schedule.
Willingness to commit to a year of work.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with janitorial tasks.
Basic carpentry skills.
Knowledge in facility maintenance.
Proficiency in cleaning and landscaping.
Troubleshooting skills.
Experience with drywall, repair, construction, mechanical, and plumbing.

Work Environment
The position is based in an office building located at 6100 E 63rd St., Kansas City, MO. The shift is 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with a fairly flexible schedule that needs to be during the day.

This is a Contract position based out of Lenexa, Kansas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00
