Position: Machine Maintenance Tech
Type: Temp-to-Hire opportunity with room for growth.
Payrate: $21 - $25 per hour paid weekly.
Mid Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday—perfect for those who like their mornings free!
What You’ll Do:
Dive into the heart of our operations by repairing and maintaining machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment.
Use your troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues, ensuring our machines run smoothly.
Disassemble machines to repair or replace broken parts, adjusting functional components as needed.
Keep everything running like a well-oiled machine—literally! Clean, lubricate, and inspect parts, order replacements, and ensure everything is in top shape.
Take on the role of a go-to expert, helping others navigate complex mechanical challenges.
Qualifications:
High School/GED
2+ years of hands-on experience in machine maintenance (3 years is even better!).
A can-do attitude and a passion for problem-solving.
A strong grasp of mechanical and electrical systems—you're a pro with hand tools, power tools, and machine equipment.
Knowledge of basic electrical and electronic repairs, with the ability to follow diagrams, schematics, and manuals like a pro.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
