Job Title: Manufacturing Associate
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associates for both day and night shifts. You will be involved in various stages of the production process, including formulation, processing, packaging, and cleaning. This role requires basic computer skills, strong documentation abilities, and the ability to work in a temperature-controlled, cleanroom environment. Extensive on-the-job training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Weigh powders (chemicals) from original containers into small to large transfer containers, monitoring room temperature and humidity.
Load chemicals into large stainless-steel blenders, using an equipment operation interface to preblend/mill/postblend, monitoring automated processes, and troubleshooting.
Prep materials, pack out powder into containers (barrels, buckets, bottles etc.), and palletize filled containers.
Break down/set up equipment, hook up hoses/piping using gaskets/clamps, spray down rooms, load equipment into parts-wash, and operate and monitor automated cleaning.
Perform basic computer tasks as required.
Write legibly, clearly, and accurately in logbooks and company records.
Essential Skills
6+ months of manufacturing experience.
Basic mechanical aptitude.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Ability to maneuver and position mechanical components up to 50 kg.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Manufacturing, warehouse, or quality experience preferred.
Proficiency in computer skills.
Ability to complete paper-based documentation.
Attention to detail.
Willingness to learn.
Good attitude and attendance.

Work Environment
Work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment, with scrubs worn over clothes for safety and cleanliness. Day shift: 7:00am - 7:30pm, 2 on 2 off 3 on 2 off schedule. Night shift: 7:00pm - 7:30am, 2 on 2 off 3 on 2 off schedule. Safety shoes and glasses are required at all times, and N95 masks are necessary for certain tasks, which require a fit test prior to use. Employees cannot have facial hair that interferes with mask use.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lenexa, Kansas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.78 - $22.86/hr.
