City Wide Facility Solutions Marketing Coordinator in Lenexa, Kansas

City Wide Facility Solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to implement marketing strategies and initiatives that promote City Wide's services and brand.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, creating content for various marketing materials, assisting with event planning, and conducting market research.

Responsibilities:

  • Approve and manage marketing orders (e.g. collateral, business cards, promotional items) through our online portal. Assist lead designer with creative requests (including designing, editing, file prep, and submission) across a variety of mediums including print and digital ads, email marketing, websites, blogs, video graphics, brochures, presentations, infographics, and exhibits.

  • Maintain vendor relationships (print and promotional); bid projects for quality output and competitive pricing; monitor inventory.

  • Regular blog writing and posting on WordPress, including SEO

  • Lead successful email marketing tactics that help drive lead generation and engagement for franchise locations.

  • Write/edit content for case studies, scripts for podcasts and videos, email templates and campaigns for both clients and prospects, and other collateral materials

  • Writing/edit/publish articles for internal communication purposes

  • Proactively seek and propose opportunities for further branding efforts by compiling informative social media reports, gathering client references/testimony, and coordinating client communications to use in future campaigns

  • Assist with the support ticketing system for the marketing team, addressing inquiries from throughout the system regarding branding, asset requests, and personalization.

  • Pull and analyze a variety of monthly reports, including organic rankings, website analytics, social media engagement, and inventory.

  • Support email marketing and social media content development

  • Create/update/maintain standard operating procedures for the department.

  • Draft communications to the franchise system regarding important business announcements.

  • Edit communications written by other team members prior to publishing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journamlism, Grapic Design or related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related role.

  • Experience with social media management and content creation.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
