located in Lenexa, KS.

The Rockwell Collins Interior Systems Summer Intern Program affords students the ability to:

Access and work with state-of-the-art equipment

Learn and gain practical experience in a hands-on environment

Work on projects and programs currently in progress at Rockwell Collins Interior Systems, which allows the intern to apply knowledge that contributes to the overall business

Earn a competitive salary during the program

Participate in robust leadership development opportunities

Possible future employment

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Create/update technical documentation, following engineering and configuration management procedures

Participate in standard work for design and development of production articles

Focus Factory interaction involving pilot builds and engineering testing

Work with supply chain and supplier to ensure mature product specifications in delivery of chemical materials

Requirements management

Engineering testing

Root cause corrective action analysis

Design activities related to development of production articles.

Design updates, requiring drawing and/or document revisions

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Minimum GPA of 3.0

Completion of sophomore year

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.
