What You Will Do:
Assembly and Fabrication: Skillfully assemble fabricated parts, components, or units at floor stations using both hand tools and power tools, adhering to product specifications.
Testing and Calibration: Conduct precise tests and calibrations on parts and mechanisms to meet strict tolerances and product specifications, ensuring all units function correctly.
Repair and Troubleshooting: Identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and perform necessary repairs. Diagnose and resolve problems through complete operation checkouts, modifications, disassembly, reassembly, and test calibrations.
Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming assemblies/components following established procedures and technical data to ensure quality and compliance.
Process Adherence: Follow streamlined repair and return processes to ensure high-quality repairs and minimal cycle time.
Facility Setup: Set up necessary repair and test facilities to support efficient workflow and operational excellence.
Training: Complete an apprenticeship or training program as required to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications You Must Have:
High school diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. In the absence of a high school diploma or GED, 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Collins Aerospace will not offer sponsorship for this position.

The salary range for this role is - . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
