This position will assist with projects related to the technical support of Aircraft galley insert products which include beverage makers, ovens, and refrigeration products. As a member of the Galley Inserts Product Support team, the primary role of this position will be to interact with members of the Product Support, Engineering, and Repair teams.
What You Will Do:
Help to contribute to ongoing technical and training development processes which includes the creation of content for both in-person and virtual/online repair training
Gain a detailed knowledge of the operation, function, and repair requirements for one or more products and follow an existing process to produce the required technical training which will be used by customers to obtain repair capabilities for those products
Assist Engineering in investigation of customer returned units
Participate in and lead reliability reviews with Product Support, Engineering, and Value Stream
Assist in leading training course for airline maintenance personnel
What You Will Learn:

Presentation and communication skill development with internal and external customers
How an aerospace company works within a FAA and OEM regulated environment
General understanding of the engineering project development process
Basic understanding of aviation product reliability monitoring
Qualifications You Must Have:
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
