    We are seeking a Production Supervisor (Day Shift: 5:45 am to 6:15 pm, Rotating 12 hours) for our Lenexa Plant to oversee and coordinate the activities of production personnel and manage resources involved in manufacturing packaging solutions.

  • Provide technical expertise in production processes, planning, scheduling, preventive maintenance, and budget management.

  • Perform administrative tasks such as documenting performance results, goals, and training progress.

  • Collaborate with management on strategic initiatives and other assigned tasks.

    Preferred Skills/Attributes:

  • **3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

  • Proficient knowledge of machinery and production systems.

  • Familiarity with working in a unionized environment is preferred.

  • Associate's degree is preferred.

  • Experience with blow or injection molding processes is a plus.

  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Strong computer skills.
