Deluxe Quality/Process Control - 3rd Shift in Lenexa, Kansas

Determines quality and reliability standards by using gauges and optical instruments; verifying that specifications meet standards. Identifies in-process product condition by collecting samples during the production process; conducting in-process inspections and physical tests.

Shift/Hours - Sunday - Thursday, 10:30pm - 6:30am

  • Determines disposition of finished product by collecting; classifying, analyzing, and interpreting production and quality data; judging product acceptability in comparison to specifications. Documents status by reordering and summarizing inspection and physical test data, updating quality assurance database.

  • Calibrates instruments; making regular inspections of equipment; verifying press settings at prescribed intervals. Performs minor repairs and regular maintenance.

    Basic Qualifications (BQs)

    Education and Experience: 18 Years Old and Eligible to work in USA. Basic computer knowledge.

    Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

    Education and Experience: HS/GED. 1 year process control/quality control experience.

    Prior printing environment expe rience. Ability to adjust equipment/machinery to obtain maximum output.

Must be 18 years of age or older
