Fully remote, KC local is a plus!\ \ The Senior Communications Strategist will work independently to develop and create internal communications strategies\ \ Senior Communications Strategist Responsibilities:\ - Ensure that company brand standards are followed in all communications materials.\ - Write (short-form), edit, and proofread different types of communications for various audiences.\ - Execute targeted communications plans based on the overarching communications strategy\ - Develop and implement people-focused content to create a shared understanding of the companys direction\ - Prepare content (& support content delivery to employees) for various communications channels, including: Intranet and app communications, printed publications, executive meetings and events, presentation content, videos, announcements, email newsletters etc.\ - Use creative abilities and resources to organize information into charts and graphics and work with graphic designers to build illustrations (big plus if candidate has design skills).\ - Manage multiple deadlines, provide progress reports and communicate to project stakeholders\ - Support and strategize technical administration of employee communications\ - Maintain understanding of industry trends and research\ - Build relationships with employee-owners throughout the organization to source compelling employee stories and understand employee journey\ \ Senior Communications Strategist Qualifications:\ - Senior level to be a leader on green team\ - Experience with internal communications platforms, design software, and video development\ \ Software:\ Microsoft\ Employee Communications Platforms knowledge\ InDesign/Canva ( a plus)\ \ \ \ Creative Circle\'s Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
