We are seeking a Senior Manager of Operations to join our Loan Install team that is focused on supporting our loan origination platforms. These platforms provide functionality to manage activities involved in commercial and consumer loan origination processes such as pipeline and workflow automation, credit analysis/underwriting, financial spreading, presentation report, and auto-decisioning automation, along with many other lending management tools. As a Senior Manager of Operations, you will be responsible for providing strategic management to the implementation teams, encompassed in Enterprise Lending. The ideal candidate has extensive experience supporting a loan origination platform solution. They have outstanding leadership skills and ability to identify opportunities to make processes and procedures more efficient.

This position will be filled to work at any Jack Henry office locations or Remotely within the U.S.

The target salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000, based on location and experience.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Through subordinate managers:

  • Oversee accurate and timely installations of new or enhanced products and services. Ensure installations meet customer expectations and are in accordance with contract terms and conditions.

  • Oversee post-sales technical product support activities and facilitates resolution of technical problems on any and all products.

  • Ensure all questions regarding functionality are thoroughly researched and resolved.

  • Maintain accountability over the revenue goals of the business unit.

  • Assist with the release of new software products to user base.

  • Assist with updates and/or changes to application code.

  • Assist with the delivery of software application training to customers.

  • Assist with customer consulting or custom project activities.

  • Assist with the sales process with pertinent information such as quotes, installation dates, and may participate in sales meetings.

  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience supporting or using a loan origination platform; or 10 years of experience in Commercial and/or Consumer lending.

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a supervisory role or above.

  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to travel up to 20% to attend JH meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business.

  • Experience working in Agile environments.

  • Familiarity with such solutions as CRM, Jira, Azure.

  • Knowledge of Jack Henry products and related 3rd party products.

  • PMP / project management experience.
