Responsibilities
Quick and efficient operation of automatic and semi-automatic equipment including, but not limited to: solder paste stencil printer, robotic pick-and-place machines, reflow oven, and PCB washer
Machine setup and minor troubleshooting during machine operation
Follow and adhere to written work instructions for assembly
Perform operator-level routine maintenance on equipment
Quickly communicate issues to area managers
Review bills of materials and part numbers for accuracy
Reports to area managers (Process Engineer/Production Supervisor)
Performs other duties as assigned by managers, including hand-soldering, hardware assembly, and packaging for shipment
Adherence to Quality Management System practices
The essential functions of this role include:
