Hostess Brands, LLC, is a leading sweet snacks company focused on developing, manufacturing, marketing, selling, and distributing snacks in North America sold under the Hostess® and Voortman® brands. The company produces a variety of new and classic treats including iconic Hostess® Twinkies®, Cupcakes, Ding Dongs®, Ho Hos®, Donettes® and Zingers®, as well as a variety of Voortman® cookies and wafers.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for providing systems support and Talent Acquisition (TA) leadership administrative support, coordinating on-site interview logistics, supporting new hire paperwork, and various onboarding activities. This role will interface directly with external candidates at multiple touch points through the selection process and will serve as an ambassador to candidates being considered for opportunities.

  • Assists new hire candidates with pre-hire testing (background and drug screening).

  • Builds IT Access Forms and works with IT and HR to ensure equipment and access is available for the candidate on their first day.

  • Sends out onboarding documents to candidates and communicate first day arrival process and orientation schedule.

  • Engages with internal finance teams and external vendors to ensure purchase orders are paid in a timely manner and are consistent with expectations.

  • Works with external transportation and lodging vendors in order to coordinate travel for candidates and manage candidate personal expense reimbursements where appropriate.

  • Schedules orientation classes, completes checklist, and creates packages.

  • Processes weekly recruiting report and any additional ad hoc reports needed.

  • Creates interview itineraries and hosts onsite candidate interviews to ensure a positive candidate experience.

  • Adds/Deletes users to TA systems.

  • Other duties as deemed necessary.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred.

  • 1-2 years of professional work experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or other applicable functional areas, preferably in a corporate environment.

  • Candidates with internship experience would also be considered.

  • Experience with iCims or Workday applicant tracking systems and knowledge of recruitment processes preferred.

  • Must be detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task, particularly with software.

  • Must have strong critical thinking skills.

  • Takes direction well but able to work independently.

  • Action oriented and results driven approach to completing duties.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
