ManpowerGroup Manufacturing Operator in Lenexa, Kansas
Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Manufacturing or Production Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Operator I, Manufacturing
Location: Lenexa, KS
Pay Range: $17/hr
Shift : 2 shifts available
Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm + occ. OT
Monday - Thursday 6am - 5:30pm + occ. OT
What's the Job?
You will be working in a clean room environment keeping machines stocked with raw materials.
Making sure machines and processes are running smoothly
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure flawless production
Strictly adhere to safety protocols and quality guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to identify standard methodologies and solutions.
Document and report any deviations or issues in the manufacturing process.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
What's Needed?
Able to lift 40 lbs without assistance, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift.
A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required. Please provide a copy of during interview process.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to strictly follow written and verbal instructions.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
