Now Hiring: HVAC Retrofit InstallerLocation: Louisville, KYSalary: $60,000 - $120,000 per yearCompany: Dynamic Air SolutionsJob Overview:Dynamic Air Solutions is seeking experienced HVAC Retrofit Installers to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, retrofit, and startup of various HVAC units, including:RTUs (Rooftop Units)Mini SplitsSplit SystemsBoilersChillersResponsibilities:System Upgrades: Replace outdated components like compressors, condensers, air handlers, or ductwork with modern, energy-efficient alternatives.Ductwork Modifications: Adjust or replace duct systems to improve airflow and system efficiency.Equipment Installation: Install retrofit kits, new thermostats, smart HVAC controls, or upgraded heat exchangers.Energy Efficiency Improvements: Upgrade insulation, sealing, or ventilation to enhance performance and lower energy costs.Compliance & Safety: Ensure the new system meets building codes and environmental regulations.Testing & Troubleshooting: Verify that the upgraded system operates correctly and troubleshoot any post-installation issues.Minimum Requirements:5-10 years of HVAC experienceStrong understanding of retrofit installations (ability to adapt to unique setups without standard blueprints)Experience with startup procedures and basic service knowledge for standard HVAC unitsAbility to navigate custom installations and problem-solve in the fieldTeam player with a strong work ethicNote: Large systems, chillers, and boilers will have startup performed by the service department.This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing company that values expertise and offers competitive pay!
