- Bachelor\'s degree and one year of relevant experience.\ \
\ Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to use current technologies.
- MA/MS in school counseling, student personnel services, or academic advising degree/certificate.
- Experience in K-12 teaching and/or higher education.
- Experience working with 1st generation and diverse populations.\ \
\ Other Requirements:
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.\ \
