Work is performed on employer premises or designated assignment location.\ \ What You\'ll Need to Succeed:\ Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma and one year of relevant experience
- Experience in operating farm equipment including grain trucks, trailers, augers, tractors, and other.
- Must have skills pertaining to mechanical, electrical, basic woodworking, and basic welding projects and repairs
- A Kansas Commercial Pesticide license (Class 1A, 4, and 7B) or the ability to obtain one within 6 months and a Kansas Commercial Driver\'s License (CDL) class A or the ability to obtain one within 6 months
\ Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the operation of seed conditioning, treating, bagging equipment, and general seed production knowledge
- Experience with general farming activities such as planting, spraying, and harvesting
- Computer skills including experience in Microsoft Word and Excel, and QuickBooks or the ability to learn
