Our Government Finance division offers a vital service to cities, counties, schools, fire districts and other municipal entities by helping them secure the financing necessary to grow and serve their community. The Government Finance Processing Associate - Client Relations positions is the direct link between our sales and operations departments, working directly with customers via phone and email to finalize the documentation process. With a positive and energetic personality, you will handle a portfolio of multiple contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction from beginning to end. This position provides an opportunity to learn what happens behind-the-scenes at a financial institution while also providing a path for personal and career growth and development. No previous or special training necessary. Training will be provided.
Flexibility, personal accountability and customer focus are essential for optimal growth in this position. In this fast-paced environment, the ideal candidate must have excellent time and priority management and regularly demonstrate the ability to problem solve when faced with inevitable delays in closing.
The schedule for this position is full time, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:40 p.m. Wages start at \$17 to \$20 per hour. Employee benefits include 401k, health, dental and vision insurance and paid time off.
