Overview

Responsible for coordinating all talent acquisition activities and events company wide. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will also assist the Talent Sourcing and Development Manager with talent acquisition initiatives and sourcing plans.

Responsibilities

  • Posts weekly updates for position openings through physical and digital outlets to include online job boards, company website/intranet, and social media outlets such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed.

  • Maintains all team member communication(s) to include bulletin boards, HRIS, company newsletters, and flyers.

  • Creates and maintains candidate records in HRIS (ExponentHR/SuccessFactors) and ATS (iCIMS) and other team member files as necessary.

  • Ensures all applicants are contacted status changed in ATS within 24 hours after application.

  • Coordinates and sets up interview(s) for all open positions, included but not limited to outlook, phone, and skype.

  • Owns and coordinates all activities and communication for open interview events, assists Manager with all recruitment and sourcing events/activities.

  • Makes job offers and launches background checks and drug screens, follows up with candidate through onboarding until orientation.

  • Conducts orientation, completes I9 documentation and creates badges.

  • Organizes and compiles interview packets for hiring managers: resumes, cover letters, interview notes, and employment screenings/survey’s.

  • Assists with new hire training through Cornerstone.

  • Identifies and recruits talent through networking and interaction in the community.

  • Administers and reports on exit interview data, new hire survey data and recommends changes or enhancements to processes.

  • Assist Human Resources department as follows:

  • Assists in event planning

  • Assists in project-oriented tasks such as surveys, etc.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Human Resources preferred

  • Or equivalent amount of experience in the HR/Talent Acquisition field

  • Ability to effortlessly connect with others, be a persuasive seller, is fluent and professional in all communications.

  • Knowledge of principles and procedures for talent acquisition, selection, and training.

  • Additional experience in compensation and benefits and labor relations a plus.

  • Proven ability and working knowledge of HR and/or Application Tracking Systems.

  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and strong organization skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with team members and the public.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in daily operations, to conduct daily duties in a professional manner.

  • Able to work independently, or with a team, on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.

  • Ability to effectively multi-task and adapt to fast paced environment, while maintaining accuracy with data and information, must be detail oriented.
