Establishing and maintaining collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Represent Human Capital Services (HCS) and Talent Acquisition as a value-added partner in the full recruiting life cycle.Consult hiring managers on hiring processes and proceduresWork in an applicant tracking systems to manage recruitmentsAbility to leverage and communicate employer benefitsFacilitate training for applicant tracking system usersProvide a high level of customer service to stakeholdersCreate social media content to attract applicantsWhy Join Us:Join our Talent Acquisition Team! You will be responsible for managing the full recruiting life cycle for hiring units at K-State. This position will partner with hiring managers to provide recruiting expertise to attract highly qualified and diverse candidates for open positions.
