Pawnee Mental Health Services is a private, not-for-profit community mental health center dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health services to strengthen the wellness of our communities. Operating over 10 counties in North-Central Kansas, we provide a full range of psychotherapy, crisis, medication management, and substance abuse recovery services to over 7000 adults, adolescents, and children every year. The Role You Play
As a Team Lead, you will perform the duties of an Adult Case Manager at the organization, and act as the lead for day-to-day management tasks for lower-level staff under you.
- The Day-to-Day
- Provide Case Management to your caseload of clients, lightened from a full time Case Manager as appropriate
- Train all new staff, setting up shadowing opportunities and ensuring that everyone is meeting State standards for training
- Address job duty concerns with staff, such as paperwork completion and note audits using Pawnees electronic medical records system
- Assist staff with questions about their job responsibilities or Pawnee processes
- Other Duties as Assigned
- Keep in communication with regional ACS Supervisor regarding staff concerns
- Perform minor disciplinary actions as needed
