rAbout This Role:

The Ticket Services Assistant performs and oversees a variety of customer service functions related to ticket services for theatre events. Provides day-to-day contact, interaction, and problem resolution to ticket-buying customers.

What You\'ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Requires a high school diploma
• One year of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• College degree
• Two years of relevant experience working in customer service and or client relations
• Basic accounting and supervision knowledge
• Ticket sales experience/working with ticketing system
• Knowledge of basic first aid
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel)
• Experience with cashiering/cash handling
• Effective writing and oral communications
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Supervising staff
• Fast-paced decision making

Other Requirements:

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.

Anticipated Hiring Pay Range:

\$16.36 - \$20.44 per hour
