Position Summary:
We are seeking a Warehouse Specialist who will provide support as part of the Bev-Hub Team by maintaining ingredient inventory, food safety codes concerning ingredients for shipping/receiving, storage, processing, and quality approvals. Also, coordinates the transfer of raw materials, parts, and finished products between production and the external warehouse.
Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain an inventory system that identifies lot code number, quantity and expiration dates of ingredients.
- Verify shipments against purchase orders and store goods systematically.
- Monitor the rotation of ingredient inventory by First In, First Use process.
- Verify accuracy of ingredients and recipes for all processing SKUs including lot numbers and amounts of ingredients for each batch.
- Assist with consistency of everyday processing of quality approved products.
- Manage separation of ingredients for storage to meet food safety standards.
- Responsible for implementation of quality documents for shipping and receiving of ingredients, including allergens, Kosher, non-GMO, and organic specific products.
- Keep precise records and perform regular physical counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders, ensuring correct and secure packaging.
