To set up and operate equipment in our robotic cell.
Requires the ability to conduct and evaluate destructive testing along with visual checks so necessary adjustments to the set-up can be made to produce a quality part
Set-up machines for operate only
Be capable of running multiple machines at the same time
Possess the ability to make minor program changes on Fanuc robotics controls
Able to set-up and operate all robotic cell
Fanuc robotics
Wauseon roll forming
Benders
Crimpers
Etchers
Must be able to identify, analyze, and evaluate machine and material problems
Work safely in accordance with regulations, standards, and procedures in a manner that eliminates risk to health and the environment. Notify leadership of unsafe conditions or practices unlawful activities and activities which present unreasonable health and/or environmental risk. Report all safety and/or environmental incidents to leadership immediately
High School diploma or GED
Previous experience in machining and troubleshooting required
Good math, reading and writing skills
Basic computer skills
