Job requires the operation of various tractors and farm equipment to till soil; work ground; prepare and maintain land; and plant, fertilize, spray, cultivate, harvest, and transport crops to elevator or storage area. Equipment that workers may be required to operate includes, but is not limited to, tractors with various implements, planters, sprayers, combines, back-hoes, mowers, track-hoes, balers, grain carts, pickup trucks, skid steers, and air seeders. Non CDL farm trucks will be loaded with agricultural products and driven on the farm and to storage facilities. Manual duties include loading seed into planters; properly mixing chemicals; loading chemicals into sprayers; changing combine cutting heads; rouging fields and using hand tools to remove undesirable plant varieties, trash, and other objects from fields; performing general maintenance, repairs and/or clean-up of storage sheds, buildings, and all farm equipment; ensuring operational areas are organized and well maintained; using hand tools and equipment to repair, clean and maintain farm vehicles, machinery and specialized machinery and agricultural equipment; regularly servicing equipment; maintaining property borders; pasture maintenance; cutting cedar trees and spraying thistles as needed for the farm; and tendering inputs, which involves transporting items such as seeds, chemicals, or implements to fields or areas where work is being performed. Duties include receiving crop for drying and storage at the holding facility; transporting grain from fields to holding facility; loading and unloading grain into trucks while keeping grain level; and shoveling grain. There are few typical days and workers may be required to change duties and/or locations often and engage in various general functions. Daily duties may vary depending on crop, weather, and field conditions. The employer reserves the right to increase workers\' pay or provide bonuses based on tenure, performance, or other factors that are solely based on the discretion of the employer.

Housing is provided. Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence is also offered. Transportation will be provided at no cost to workers, from employer-provided housing and, if applicable, centralized pick-up points to the places of employment at the beginning of each workday and back at the end of each work day.
