Employees will need to drive semi-trucks, straight trucks, tractors and combines to assist in the custom combining and hauling of wheat and silage. Employees will be required complete routine maintenance and repairs on equipment. Employer may pay performance-based incentive bonuses at the end of the contract period at the employer\'s discretion.
