Job Title:Asset Management Specialist

Job Summary:This position is within the Manufacturing group and will be a supporting role in our product asset management function. This is an expanding role and will be developed further as asset management responsibilities are consolidated from other teams into this dynamic position. The ideal candidate will be an agile learner able to quickly learn standardized processes as well as develop collaborative and professional working relationships.

Reporting Relationship:Manager, Customer Assets and Entitlements

Schedule:Generally, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.This is a remote position but occasional travel to the office is required.

Remote Work Requirements:

  • Must have high-speed reliable internet access
  • Must have a distraction free home office workspace
  • Must be willing to participate in video virtual meetings (camera on)

Scope of the Role:

  • Gather data and update assets using Oracle and Siebel operating systems
  • Validate product assets for new/additional product installs and upgrades
  • Build asset structures in customer accounts
  • Audit asset structures to ensure alignment with our repetitive billing system
  • Effectively work with various departments across the company
  • Communicate, document, and manage workloads using the MS Office Suite of tools
  • Ability to work remotely with occasional on-campus presence
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • College degree preferred, or four years of equivalent related experience
  • 1-2 years of administration experience related to inventory or manufacturing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
  • Experience collaborating and communicating with multiple internal departments
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision, following directions, and to set and prioritize work with a high level of detail

Working Conditions:This position offers the ability to work remotely. A reliable internet connection is crucial. A means of transportation to campus will be necessary when required. Must be able to use a computer for extended periods of time. Regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, and expected to occasionally lift, stoop, bend, and reach. Ability to learn and solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions is required.
