Robert Half Billing Clerk in Mission, Kansas
Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk in Mission, Kansas, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for numerous tasks including the collection and maintenance of customer data, invoice processing, data entry, and the reconciliation of discrepancies.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the accurate and timely entry of charges into the internal billing system.
• Gather necessary customer data to kick-start the invoicing process.
• Use the optical character reader to sort and scan receipts.
• Ensure proper documentation and storage of data, confirming the accuracy of all data.
• Identify and report any discrepancies to relevant departments.
• Utilize collected data to generate vendor tags.
• Electronically submit invoices to clients.
• Carry out other duties as instructed by management.
• Basic understanding of vehicle titles and registrations is necessary.
• Oversee and manage customer accounts, taking necessary actions when needed. Requirements • Ability to perform essential Accounting Functions with precision and accuracy
• Proficient in managing and maintaining Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Demonstrated experience in Billing procedures
• Strong skills in Data Entry, with attention to detail and accuracy
