Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary: The Sales Manager will work on a dedicated and motivated sales team, bringing in new customers for ScriptPro's full line of pharmacy automation systems. Sales team members engage retail independent pharmacies and utilize a variety of sales tools, including financial models, business cases, and in-person negotiations to achieve sales. ScriptPro is the world-leader in pharmacy technology and is seeking a sales professional with proven success in sales, and who have in-depth knowledge of the retail independent pharmacy market.

This position offers a competitive base plus uncapped sales commission and bonus earning potential.

Reporting Relationship: Vice President Sales, US

Work Schedule: Generally, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. This role is on a hybrid work schedule; mix of remote and in office. Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.

Scope of the Role:

+ Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales quota

+ Prospect for opportunities both face-to-face and via telephone within an assigned existing U.S. sales territory

+ Develop and present comprehensive proposals for new and existing customers

+ Understand and apply financial modeling to develop a valid business case and justify return on investment

+ Maintain up-to-date record management specific to all customer account related activities

+ Consistently participate in developing market centric strategic focus

+ 15% travel within assigned territory or as necessary

Skills and Attributes Desired:

+ In-depth knowledge of the US retail independent pharmacy market, operations, and workflows

+ Rigorous follow-up and solid account management skills

+ Demonstrated ability in active listening, probing, and closing

+ Ability to present and articulate financial impact models, ROI analysis models, and other cost justification tools

+ Must demonstrate professional and articulate communication skills

+ Must be a high energy, self-starter

+ Must thrive in a dynamic environment

+ Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills

+ Ability to build effective working relationships across all ScriptPro departments

+ Proficient in Microsoft based applications; Excel, Outlook, and Word

+ Experience with Salesforce preferred

Education and Experience Requirements:

+ Minimum 5 years of selling experience, outside sales preferred

+ Bachelor’s degree in business or related area of study, or equivalent work experience

+ Proven track record of success in previous sales positions

+ As a quota-carrying position, candidates must have a comfort level with variable compensation

Working Conditions: This position operates in an office environment. Routine use of standard office equipment is required. Must be able to use a computer for extended periods of time. Regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, and expected to occasionally lift, stoop, bend and reach. Ability to learn and solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions is required.
