Our eComm client is searching for an Illustrator to join their team in an ongoing, part-time capacity.
Location:Fully Remote\ Duration:ongoing, approx 25/hrs a month
The ideal candidate must be able to present their ideas to the Creative Director, incorporate the provided feedback, and adjust as necessary. Overall, the responsibilities revolve around using artistic and technical skills to create visual content that effectively communicates messages, engages audiences, and enhances brand identity.
Other responsibilities include:
- Generate original and innovative ideas for visual concepts and designs.
- Develop sketches to present ideas.
- Work closely with the Creative Director from concept to final sketch.
- Ensure all graphics are visually appealing, consistent and on-brand.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and technologies to constantly improve skills and knowledge.
- Meet project deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
Must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator
Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and typography
Experience designing for puzzles
Have a good eye for scale and proportion
Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of illustration styles and techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
