RE: OPEN POSITION CDL Propane Truck Driver (Part-Time or Full-Time options)
REPORTS TO: CO-AG Manager, Navarre KS
Summary: This position is responsible for providing safe, courteous, and efficient transportation
solutions for the delivery of propane products and services. Depending on the needs of the candidate and
his/her flexibility in job duties, this could either be a part-time/seasonal role or a full-time benefit eligible
position.
Short List of Duties and Responsibilities
Picks up and delivers product to customers in a safe, timely and professional manner, ensuring
that the truck operates in a safe manner at all times.
Provides excellent customer service, treating all customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
Maintains and fills all bottles used for public sale.
Manages all aspects of the load on the truck and is responsible for all shortages.
Maintains cleanliness of truck both inside and out.
Ensures on time loading and unloading and communicates with appropriate party if delays occur.
Completes daily trip sheets and all other required paperwork.
Uses sound judgement and abilities to support the best interests of the company in all situations.
Keeps up to date on government regulations concerning the handling and sale of all refined fuel
products handled at this coop.
Attends safety and job skills training as requested by management.
Follows Co-Ag safety practices in the performance of job duties.

Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
1 year related experience and/or training..
Agricultural background is beneficial.
Possession of or ability to obtain and maintain CETP certifications (Certified Training Program
Certification from the National Propane Gas Association.
**Equivalent combination of education and experience
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Class A or B CDL with Hazmat, Tanker and Air Brake endorsements.
Must be able to maintain all elements of an active, insurable CDL License.
