We seek a highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our team. As an Emergency Room Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing and triaging patients upon arrival to the emergency room
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
- Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs and symptoms
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Maintaining accurate and complete patient records
- Adhering to hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations
