Position Summary
The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator supports the execution of all company HR processes and operations and leads the HR administration for Renewable Concepts, LLC. This position will work collaboratively with the Human Resources Generalist to handle the day-to-day administration of human resources functions, which includes recruiting, onboarding, benefits, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support to all employees.

Essential Functions Statement(s):
Assist with the recruitment process by screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining resumes.
Process all new hire paperwork to include background checks, drug screens, and physicals.
Coordinate new hire orientation including preparing packets and requesting company email and employee portal access.
Maintain personnel files.
Complete and maintain I-9 records, including periodic audits.
Prepare benefit reports for payroll.
Complete employment verifications.
Completes all state unemployment claims through external claims system.
Assist HR Generalist and leadership with training; assists in updating policies and procedures.
Assist with the appropriate routing of employee relation issues.
Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
Associate degree in HR, Business Administration, or other related field
1 3 years of HR Coordinator or HR Administrator experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: \$46,500.00 - \$59,250.00 per year
